Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Core, and Pro at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my call cap?
Monthly plans have hard caps. If you consistently need more calls, we recommend upgrading to the next tier. The Pay-As-You-Go trial has no cap — you pay per minute.
Is the Launch Setup fee refundable?
The Launch Setup fee is non-refundable once setup work begins. This covers profile setup, call flow configuration, testing, and forwarding instructions. See our billing policy for details.
Does the trial setup fee really apply to upgrades?
Yes. If you start with the Pay-As-You-Go Trial ($149 setup) and later upgrade to Core ($249 setup), you only pay the difference ($100). You never pay two setup fees.
How do I get the founding pricing?
Claim one of the 60 founding slots during checkout. Your rate is locked for as long as you remain an active customer. Founding pricing is available on Core and Pro plans.
How do referrals work for trial customers?
If you refer a business while on the Pay-As-You-Go Trial, you still earn $60 after their first invoice clears. Trial and paid customers are both eligible. See the referral terms.
Does every business qualify for the trial?
Most small businesses do. During onboarding we review your call flow and requirements. Businesses with complex routing, integrations, multiple locations, or advanced workflows may need a different plan. Use the qualification check above to see where you stand.
